If you would like to receive the Michigan Supreme Court and Court of Appeals opinion release lists via email, send an email message to listserv@listserv.michigan.gov with the exact phrase "Subscribe AppellateOpinions" as the subject and in the message body.

The opinions are available the business day following release and email notifications go out the morning the opinions are available online. The Michigan Supreme Court releases opinions on a random schedule. The Michigan Court of Appeals typically releases opinions on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so they are available online Wednesday and Friday mornings, depending on state holidays. Special releases that do not follow this schedule will have their own email notification the business day following release.

Orders

If you would like to receive the Michigan Supreme Court orders list via email, send an email message to listserv@listserv.michigan.gov with the exact phrase "Subscribe AppellateOrders" as the subject and in the message body.

The orders are available the business day following release and email notifications go out the morning the orders are available online. The Michigan Supreme Court releases orders on a random schedule.
