E-Filing Program Expanded. Effective February 6, 2009, the scope of the electronic filing and service program (E-File&Serve) will include the following:

- Michigan Public Service Commission appeals
- All criminal appeals
- Civil appeals from Oakland Circuit Court that were assigned to that court's electronic filing project.
